If you have an issue with your order please email contat@bellevebotanicals within 48 hours of receiving goods quoting your order number. If the delivery has been damaged, please send us photographs. Please note that all of our products are handmade and 100% natural and can vary slightly from batch to batch.

Please note that International orders could take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control.
Can I return my product?
If for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within seven days provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable.
Occasionally products can get damaged in transit. If this occurs, please email us with a photograph of the damage so that we can we can arrange a replacement.
Our products are packaged in strong, recyclable mailer boxes.
